SafetyRespect has acquired Vivatec and we have become part of the SafetyRespect Group. The operations have been merged and continue under the SafetyRespect brand. Vivatec’s founder Gunnar Monheimius continues in his role as Managing Director, and all employees continue in their roles as well. The company name Vivatec Safety GmbH is now changed to SafetyRespect GmbH.
SafetyRespect is a market leading expert in fall protection for the construction industry and operates in an international market. We develop, manufacture and market collective and personal fall protection, with a clear user focus, both sales and rentals are offered in the business model. The SafetyRespect Group has a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million this year.
Vivatec Gmbh with its base and production in Germany has Western Europe as its primary market. The product range is well developed in collective fall protection and various access solutions. The company has sales of approximately SEK 60 million and 25 employees.
