The VIVATEC™ Barrier product is both lightweight and extremely robust. Each welding point withstands a load of up to 500 kg. The steel barrier replaces the classic 3-part edge protection as it is handrail and toeboard at the same time.
With its lightweight of less than 20 kg it is a versatilely applicable, quickly mountable system with an excellent product quality due to state-of-the-art production methods. It is adjustable in height and offers protection by its double edges. A wide range of attachments is available.
When using wood as edge protection, a post spacing of 2 m is generally not exceeded due to the general conditions of wood. By using Vivatec steel mesh edge protection, you can easily assume a post spacing of 2.4 m. The savings in components are obvious.
Apart from standard RAL-colours, customized colouring and additional hot-dip galvanizing are possible. Furthermore the barriers can be equipped with customized stickers of for instance the customer’s logo.
