Personalised Steel Barriers
VIVATEC™ steel barriers can be used to promote your own brand and Company. They can be produced in your own Company colour and can carry your brand as a toe board sticker. This can have significant impact across the whole building site, visually stating the standards of safety being adopted.
The barriers are powder coated in a state-of-the-art facility. First a nano coating is applied for improved paint adhesion and corrosion resistance. This type of coating process is the most environmentally sound, as it involves very low water and power consumption and minimal waste. After pre-treatment, the barrier is electrostatically powder coated using exact quantities to minimize any overspray.
All RAL colours are available and the powder coating facility is able to change colour in less than 10 minutes. This means that there is no production delay to a bespoke or personalized barrier request.
