„I have four passions: family, production, football and football.
When I started playing football at the age of 12 I was choosen as a goalkeeper – that was back in 1977. Since than I played through all the years as a goal keeper in Iserlohn. As I child I dreamt of becoming a pro and play for Schalke 04, my favorite team. Now, at the age of 53, I still play once a week. The pic is showing me around 1986.
Managing the production in Vivatec is a bit like playing football: Have the right team at the right time with the right gear, and you will be making it.
